A SaaS-based service, Meeter allows for meetings to be scheduled instantly for up to 100 participants at a time. The Meeter app is universally available and can be downloaded through the apps stores for iOS and Android systems, as well as on the web and can work with participants who may not have the app. Because Meeter does not share meeting details or data, it’s non-intrusive and secure.
Meeter also tracks and analyzes the user’s time, providing insights about past meeting history and reporting on who a user met with, for how long and when and over time will suggest potentially constructive future meetings. Today the company is also announcing $900,000 in seed funding to build out its functionality and expand its collaboration solution.
How Meeter works
Meeter schedules and coordinates meetings instantly by accessing online calendars from Google, Outlook and other passive calendar software. Meeter automatically determines when users are free, meeting time preferences, and recommends a time convenient for multiple participants. Through the Meeter dashboard, all meetings both scheduled and still awaiting confirmation, are visible at a glance and synchronized with all of a user’s calendars.
