ConnectWise announced today that Mirus IT, one of the biggest technology solution providers in the world, will implement a broad range of ConnectWise business management solutions to help manage and grow its business.
The solutions being deployed by Mirus IT, a company that serves more than 250 businesses in London, Milton Keynes, and surrounding areas, include the ConnectWise Manage business management platform; ConnectWise Automate remote monitoring and management solution; ConnectWise CloudConsole cloud management, monitoring and billing tool; and ConnectWise Sell quote and proposal platform.

Paul Tomlinson, Founder and Managing Director of Mirus IT, said the decision to move many of the company’s business systems to ConnectWise was not difficult once he saw how the solutions worked together and the capacity they would provide.

The new agreement with ConnectWise provides Mirus IT with:
• 100 ConnectWise Manage licenses – The ConnectWise Manage platform integrates business process automation, help desk and customer service, sales, marketing, project management, and business analytics.
• 10,000 ConnectWise Automate agents – ConnectWise Automate provides users with fully automated, integrated proactive and preventative IT services.
• 10 ConnectWise Sell licenses – ConnectWise Sell is an all-in-one, integrated sales platform that creates quotes and proposal anywhere, anytime.
• The ability to manage 5,000 seats of Microsoft Office 365 in ConnectWise CloudConsole – CloudConsole is a management, monitoring, and billing tool for Microsoft Office 365 and Azure accounts, and is designed to save time and reduce the complexity of supporting a client’s Microsoft cloud services.
