CloudJumper and Continuum Form Technology Partnership to Enable Efficient Cloud Services

7.31.18

CloudJumper, a leading Workspace as a Service (WaaS) platform innovator for agile business IT and Continuum, the exclusive provider of the only service-enabled technology platform that enables MSPs to scale rapidly and profitably, today announced a strategic technology partnership to cross-market solutions through complementary sales channels. The new cooperative arrangement expands business opportunities for managed services providers (MSPs) by leveraging award-winning technologies from both organizations.

This partnership brings together software and services from Continuum’s IT Management Platform, including Remote Monitoring & Management, Backup & Disaster Recovery, and Security, and CloudJumper’s Cloud Workspace platform, the industry’s most complete Workspace as a Service enablement platform for MSPs. The focus of the partnership is to introduce MSP partners to the operational advantages that both solutions deliver and how the deployment of these technologies will accelerate sales growth. This partnership also ensures joint platform compatibility for partners following an intensive certification process.

“MSPs require business enablement solutions that elevate their value proposition and empower business customers with smooth, reliable, and highly productive IT performance,” said Bob Kocis, Chief Revenue Officer, Continuum. “Combined with Continuum, the Cloud Workspace WaaS platform by CloudJumper is one such solution that offers IT service providers the opportunity to enhance the lifetime value of their customer base with ongoing service and support options. We are excited with the new partnership which aligns the Continuum IT Management Platform with Cloud Workspace WaaS to streamline business IT for MSPs and their customers.”

CloudJumper’s workspace as a service empowers IT service partners with the ability to deliver a powerful business-class workspace in the cloud. The solution is easy to migrate clients to, scalable to any size environment, simple to use, and full-featured to provide a complete cloud-based computing environment. The Cloud Workspace solution offers customers access to thousands of the most popular business applications and related data within the cloud desktop interface. Partners have the ability to select their preferred cloud infrastructure vendor and can customize the service to meet a broad range of business performance, security, and compliance requirements.

“As part of our long-term strategy of aligning with industry leaders like Continuum, we are fulfilling our mission to support MSPs in executing an efficient and profitable cloud-first strategy,” said Max Pruger, chief revenue officer, CloudJumper. “Continuum’s integrated and fully-managed RMM, MDM, and BDR software alongside Cloud Workspace meets the diverse needs of partners with an easy to deploy and manage cloud enablement framework to support business requirements.”
