Eastern Canada’s largest neutral colocation service provider, COLO-D, announces today that the company has joined the Console Data Center Partner Program to provide customers access to Console, the enterprise software and interconnection platform that is changing the way businesses directly connect to their customers, vendors and partners such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud services.
The Console platform provides a secure, simple and faster way for companies across the globe to bypass the public Internet and directly connect to business-critical cloud providers, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers and partners. By combining direct access from within a Console-enabled data center with Console’s network automation technology, customers can connect to a global ecosystem without the configuration complexity.
COLO-D customers will benefit by being able to take advantage of Console for network-to-network and enterprise-to-enterprise collaboration globally. COLO-D`s two data centers, COLO-D1 in Drummondville and COLO-D2 in Longueuil, Québec, will be offering Console.
“With the addition of the Console platform, our customers have an excellent platform with which they can access a global network of cloud and SaaS providers, increasing performance while controlling costs,” says Patrick David, President and CEO of COLO-D.
All of COLO-D’s data centers are specifically designed to accommodate enterprise, cloud and gaming customers. COLO-D is a world-class neutral colocation provider. Since it was founded, COLO-D has continued to grow and has agreements with major IT organizations, financial institutions and government agencies looking for data centers in Eastern North America.
“We are excited to welcome COLO-D to the Console Data Center Partner Program,” says Al Burgio, CEO of Console Inc. “This collaboration further extends access to Console in Québec and will provide COLO-D’s customers with direct access to a global ecosystem of business-critical cloud and SaaS providers.”
