Communications and Data Leader ConvergeOne Announces Companywide Unification

10.19.2015

ConvergeOne, a leading global provider of state-of-the-art communications and data solutions, today announced that it has fully integrated its family of companies and will operate as a single entity, ConvergeOne, effective immediately. The integration is a major milestone in a long-term business strategy to acquire and develop a comprehensive portfolio that provides one of the broadest and deepest solution offerings in the industry. The move positions the Minnesota-based company as the leading single-source provider of comprehensive unified communications, data and contact center solutions in the market today.

“This is an exciting day for us. Today we can provide the absolute best products, services and solutions for our customers, by leveraging the best technology platforms in the industry,” said John A. McKenna Jr., chairman and CEO, ConvergeOne. “Our customers want access to a single provider who can offer the broadest possible array of solutions to meet all their technology needs. This integration solidifies our leadership position in the market.”

As part of the companywide initiative, which includes a corporate rebrand, internal systems have been streamlined and converted to ensure consistent, efficient processes and delivery mechanisms, which enable the highest-quality outcomes for ConvergeOne employees, customers and partners.

Together, with its more than 100 technology partners and 1,200 employees in 26 offices nationwide, ConvergeOne provides the highest quality technology solutions that span all of the top platforms, including Avaya, Cisco, IBM, Interactive Intelligence and Microsoft, as well as best-of-breed professional, managed and cloud services for diverse markets.

“Every technology environment is unique, like a fingerprint, and no customer has the exact same needs. That’s where we come in,” says Mark Langanki, chief technology officer, ConvergeOne. “We have experience in the most complex IT environments, and we understand the business challenges that our customers face. What sets us apart is our approach to creating a total customer relationship that understands and supports the needs of our customers’ customers – and how technology impacts them. This integration streamlines our capabilities to solve our customers’ business challenges and handle their every touch point through our unique partnerships with the most highly regarded vendors.”

The company is a trusted adviser to more than 5,500 customers including 42 percent of the Fortune 100 and 150 Fortune 500 customers across the healthcare, finance, manufacturing, government, education and energy industries.

Employees across all ConvergeOne locations participated in a companywide Town Hall today led by McKenna, marking the official launch of the newly integrated company and brand. Internally, the company’s organization and infrastructure have been realigned to support its new business model. Externally, ConvergeOne’s unified identity is reflected in a new website that brings together multiple sites. Website visitors can participate in a free, interactive assessment of their current technology use and philosophy, which can be used to identify a recommended path forward for improving end-user experience.
