Lunabee Reduces Password Chaos with New oneSafe V3 Password Manager on iOS

12.11.2014

In today’s world of hacks, Heartbleed, Celebgate and endless breaches, a strong, unique and often-changed password for every site is more imperative than ever before. Lunabee, an innovator of mobile and desktop applications, announced that version 3 of its award-winning oneSafe password manager is available for download on the App Store.

With a new design and streamlined experience across multiple platforms, the iOS application aims to deliver on the promise of simple, fast and efficient service. The new release features:
• A revamped user experience and user interface for an easier-to-use overall experience
• 100-percent support for iOS 8
• A new Touch ID integration, enabling new levels of security
• A new Safari extension, allowing consumers to take their passcodes anywhere while browsing the Web

“Our goal with this new release was to develop a product that continued providing a great service that consumers value,” stated Thomas Jaussoin, CEO at Lunabee. “With that, we focused on creating a better, more intuitive user experience, all while increasing the levels of security to protect our consumers. We believe this new product to be the premier product of its kind on the market.”

Lunabee introduced oneSafe in late 2011 where it quickly became one of the most popular password management apps on the iOS market. The company continued to evolve and update the application. In 2013, the company introduced several new oneSafe applications, including oneSafe for Mac, oneSafe with integrated TRI-PIN technology, oneSafe Essentials and, most recently, oneSafe for Android.

oneSafe 3 is an exceptional password management app that comes with a range of security features, including:
• The highest possible encryption level that exists (AES 256)
• Customizable categories to keep your information well organized
• Entry using a four-digit PIN, alphanumeric password or visual pattern
• The ability to add content quickly and easily using ready-made templates
• Security features, such as auto-lock and a password change reminder
• Automatic and secure backup to iCloud Drive
• The ability to backup the entire contents of your safe whenever you need

In addition, users who already have oneSafe for iOS or Mac can transfer the contents of their safe into oneSafe for Android and vice versa — an extremely useful function for users updating their mobile phones, switching platforms or those who own a range of mobile devices.

New User Experience Focuses on Ease of Use
With the introduction of Apple’s iOS 8, Lunabee was able to develop and deliver a mobile experience that’s much more in line with its goal of faster, easier and more secure. oneSafe 3 has been redesigned from the ground up, making the most of the iOS 8 user interface paradigm. Lunabee was focused on excelling the user experience by getting more focused on user’s most common tasks while not sacrificing the pleasure of using the app.

New Safari Extension
While browsing the Web in Safari, the user can benefit from the brand new oneSafe Extension to fill accounts in a seamless and secure manner. Users no longer need to copy/paste fields. They can just use the information saved in your account to automatically sign in to whatever service you choose, such as Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr and others.

Unlock Your App with Touch ID
Touch ID makes unlocking your mobile device easier. It allows consumers to login to oneSafe, which will provide a more convenient experience for the consumer, all while maintaining the security and privacy of your oneSafe account. Users can now type less and get an improved mobile experience, with the most simple and secure way to open their vault.

Upgrading to oneSafe 3
All existing oneSafe users will receive prompts to update their application to 3.0 or will be notified when they are upgraded silently.
The iOS app is in review and pending release by Apple.

Pricing and Availability
oneSafe 3 will be available immediately from www.onesafe-apps.com and the Apple App Store. For existing users of oneSafe, this update will be free.
For new customers, the application will be available for $9.99. For more information, please visit www.onesafe-apps.com.
