Sales teams can now convert leads in Pipedrive into closed deals and revenue faster, through the recently announced PandaDoc and Pipedrive CRM integration. This allows sales representatives to create and send sales proposals, contracts, and invoices without ever leaving Pipedrive. In addition, sales representatives can better understand a prospect’s activity within a sales document, supporting more proactive, effective and targeted follow-ups.
The new workflow (made possible by a Chrome extension) allows sales representatives to generate new contracts or leverage pre-existing templates, and easily merge data directly from the Pipedrive CRM system into these documents. Sales teams spend less time re-entering data that already exists within Pipedrive, such as names and contact information. The integration combats lag time that can cause prospects to lose interest, endangering deal completion where it matters most.
In addition, by enabling contract creation directly from within Pipedrive CRM, sales representatives can begin building contracts from the very beginning of the prospect interaction. This helps create sales documents that are highly personalized, comprehensive and compelling. From there, PandaDoc’s analytics capabilities allow sales representatives to see — directly from from within Pipedrive — whether a contract has been viewed; what sections the prospect may be focusing in on; and areas where the prospect may have questions or comments.
