Qualtrics, the world’s leading enterprise insight technology provider, today announced the release of its new product, the Qualtrics Insight Platform, at the company’s annual conference, the Qualtrics Insight Summit. The new product enables organizations to collaborate insights from across the enterprise and was piloted by several customers, including JackThreads, MyFitnessPal, Overstock.com, Wheaton College and others.
Launching after a limited pilot phase, the Qualtrics Insight Platform allows organizations to move beyond research and data collection, and manage the entire customer experience, employee feedback, and market research processes from start to finish in a unified, cohesive way. The launch marks the first time these insights will be integrated into a central point of management, allowing organizations to break down data silos to get actionable insights and improve their businesses.

They don’t think about their experience just with your employees, or solely in the context of the products, or even based simply on service. The Qualtrics Insight Platform was revealed today at the 2016 Qualtrics Insight Summit, held at The Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City. The Summit will also provide an opportunity for attendees to become Qualtrics Certified. The certification program includes information on how to use the platform and generate insights across an organization.
