Sage Software Middle East Taps TimeLinx for Sage CRM

01.25.2016

Sage Middle East, the leading provider of business management software, has announced the signing of a two-year exclusive distribution agreement with TimeLinx Software, a provider of time, expense, and project management solutions, and will distribute TimeLinx products for Sage CRM in 11 countries across the region.

“TimeLinx is very pleased to grow our footprint in the Middle East expanding our ongoing relationship into a formalized distribution agreement,” said Mark Engelberg, CEO of TimeLinx Software. “This new agreement will take advantage of Sage’s outstanding distribution experience, Middle East market knowledge and large existing customer base, providing their customers with our best-in-class project and service management solutions for many different industries.”

Through Sage Middle East, TimeLinx for Sage CRM will be made available to companies operating in United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Libya, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, and Lebanon. The agreement is expected to bode well for organizations in the region, as TimeLinx for Sage CRM provides project management and streamlines the delivery of professional services.

TimeLinx transforms Sage CRM into a service management system that includes everything a company needs to succeed – from managing client- and project-related information, to monitoring tasks, staff resources, costs, profits, and more – all within a single CRM platform.

“Taking businesses to the next level has been Sage CRM’s mantra and TimeLinx has underscored that philosophy by highlighting the software’s unique cost-effective and user-friendly features,” said Sage Middle East’s Regional Director and Sage X3 Middle East’s Vice President Reggie Fernandes.

“In the Middle East and Africa, the CRM market is expected to post a CAGR of 3.9% between 2014 and 2019. This has been attributed to the growing CRM adoption rate among small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which represent the vast majority of companies in the private sector. Sage ME’s extensive understanding of the regional market will help promote TimeLinx for Sage CRM to its growing client base,” he added.
