Swiftpage Launches New CRM Software Tool

10.18.16

Swiftpage, the maker of Act! and a leading provider of software and services that help small and mid-sized businesses grow, today announced the release of SMS4Act!, the newest Connection available to Act! Premium subscribers.

Act! is the trusted solution to help individuals, small businesses, and sales teams organize prospect and customer details in one place, send emails, market products and services more effectively, and drive sales results. With the new SMS4Act! App, users can save time, increase efficiency, and improve communications with their customers and prospects by sending text messages directly from Act! Premium. Proven to be more effective than email marketing according to a Dynmark report, text messages are opened at a 98 percent rate.
With plans starting at $24.95/month, Act! Premium subscribers can quickly and easily download and install the software, and start sending personalized text messages within minutes. Messages sent are automatically recorded in the contact’s record along with any replies.

“We are always looking for partnerships that provide us the opportunity to continue to add value to the Act! platform for our customers,” said Lorcan Malone, President and COO of Swiftpage. “The SMS4Act! App powered by MessageMedia ensures our users stay top of mind for their prospects and customers by allowing them to quickly and easily send text messages directly from within Act!. What’s more, all of the information is stored in the contact record, making future follow-up even easier.”

“We are excited to partner with Swiftpage to bring premier two-way SMS functionality to Act! customers,” said Mark Rothert, US President of MessageMedia. “Not only is it easy to use, but because text messages have much higher cut through than other forms of communication, we’ve seen open rates sky rocket and communication between the users of our platform and their customers improve dramatically.”
