BlazeMeter Presents ‘Scaling Performance Test Automation’ at Jenkins User Conference

06.16.2015

BlazeMeter, the continuous testing as a service platform for mobile, web and APIs, will be demonstrating and presenting on the topic of performance test automation at this week’s Jenkins User Conference in the Washington D.C. area. The event, which is scheduled to take place at the Hilton Alexandria Mark Center in Alexandria, VA on June 18-19, 2015 is the largest event for and by Jenkins users.

BlazeMeter’s CEO and Founder, Alon Girmonsky, will be presenting at the event and speaking about, “The Secret to Scaling Performance Test Automation with Jenkins and JMeter”. Mr. Girmonsky’s presentation will be help on June 18, 2015 at 10:30 – 11:15 a.m. in Track 3.

Mr. Girmonsky will be highlighting how automated testing throughout the continuous integration (CI) process allows you to detect errors instantly, work more efficiently and, ultimately, deliver software faster. But implementing and scaling automated testing is often complicated, time-consuming, and downright frustrating. His presentation will explore ways to take the pain away – with the help of a new open source test automation framework. This framework makes it easy to scale automated testing while using Jenkins and JMeter.

The presentation will further explore how to:

  • Take away the pain of integrating JMeter and Jenkins
  • Dynamically create JMeter tests from a configuration file and run from Jenkins on every commit
  • Run hundreds of tests in parallel and automatically feed results back into Jenkins
  • Simultaneously run any number of JMeter tests from a single command line
  • Make JMeter scripts version control friendly and human readable

If you are interested in attending the conference, BlazeMeter has a coupon code you can use. Use code JUC15ADSBM and get a super special rate of $25 instead of $299. Come meet with us at the Jenkins User Conference and discuss the latest technologies in test automation for DevOps.
