PandaDoc Now Available As Mobile App

06.18.2015

PandaDoc, a sales content automation software, announces today the immediate availability of their services as a mobile app, for both iOS and Android devices. These apps can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

The PandaDoc apps enable sales reps to generate quotes, proposals, and contracts right from their tablet devices. When sales professionals are meeting in-person with prospects that are ready to buy, they can build proposals in real-time and get signatures right away, helping to lasso the sale while the client is “hot.” This represents a dramatic improvement to the traditional approach of going back to an office to build a quote, which can introduce lag time and endanger sales.

Additionally, the new mobile apps enable sales professionals to leverage the original PandaDoc benefit of easy access to valuable, shared marketing content (like presentations, client testimonials, white papers and case studies), which can also be used for building quotes and proposals. Once these documents are finished and sent, sales professionals can analyze the recipient’s activity (for example, if they’ve opened the document, or any specific comments or questions the recipient has inserted), discuss the details, and edit and sign (along with the customer) using legally binding electronic signature.

Furthermore, with PandaDoc now available as a mobile app, if a client needs more content to support the case, sales reps can find it and deliver to the client in the exact moment they’re meeting with them. So in addition to capitalizing on prospects when they’re “hot,” addressing individual prospects’ needs and concerns in real-time can also help facilitate “in the moment” persuasion and increase sales.

“Expediting sales closures is critical in this day and age when prospects have shorter attention spans and are more capricious than ever in their interests,” says Mikita Mikado, Co-Founder and CEO of PandaDoc. “With our new mobile apps, salespeople can better harness the inherent value that face-to-face interactions bring to their jobs. Imagine your sales reps were able to find relevant marketing collateral or build price quotes right as they’re meeting with prospects. Wouldn’t that help close sales?”
